Macaulay Culkin's Pizza Band Plays Inner Richmond Tonight

Mar 05 at 9am

What are you up to tonight? Because one of the most important musical acts of our time the band you'll probably want to see if you're a Macaulay Culkin fan is playing a cozy venue in the Inner Richmond called Neck of the Woods. The former Home Aloner is bringing his pizza-themed Velvet Underground tribute band to San Francisco, and by that I mean they just replace classic Lou Reed lyrics with puns about pizza. It's really that simple. The Pizza Underground will be playing a happy hour show, so you may have to cut out of work early to catch the 5 p.m. start time. Here's a little preview of what Macaulay looks like eating a slice of pizza

Of course, it's important to note that we do already have a pizza-themed band in town, those Personal & the Pizza punks, who have had some fightin' words for this Hollywood-backed threat. But you don't have to choose sides. Make a whole evening of it by seeing Personal & the Pizza's free show at the Hemlock later tonight.
