Feast your eyes on yet another dimly lit correspondence from the local building owner that we drew attention to earlier this week. Only this time, the landlord seems to be sorry. It's hard to say if he's sorry he wrote the letter or if he's sorry "for the confusion created" which I think is code for getting caught.
Hoodline reports that this second letter is from the same anonymous tenant who shared the first one. The new version is pretty vague in regards to what the landlord was trying to accomplish by sharing his super high requirements for new tenants to existing tenants, but this can be seen as a slightly encouraging example of media pressure making a (small) difference in regards to housing. I doubt this guy is going to stop fighting with his tenants, but at least this letter is something.
