See Bullitt For Free At Pier 70 This Friday Night

May 27 at 2pm

By Wendy Steiner

Pier 70, the shipyard in Potrero Point,  is hosting its first free walk-in movie and it's a San Francisco favorite. The good people at Pier 70 will project the 1968 Steve McQueen thriller Bullitt inside historic Building 12 on Friday, May 30, at 8 p.m. There'll be a few food trucks and you're welcome to bring your own snacks. Dogs on leashes are also welcome so bring your pups along with your blankets and chairs. The event's Facebook page suggests coming early for the best seating and to check out an assortment of classic cars that'll be on display. This is the first free screening in a series that will continue throughout the summer.
