Our Muni Commutes Are Gonna Suck Today

If you haven't heard about the Muni sickout yet, here's the short version: this is a great morning to bike or walk to work. A labor dispute has put Muni workers on a "sickout" today, meaning major delays, NextBus predictions on the fritz more than usual, and shuttle services for F lines and some cable car lines. [Update: As one reader pointed out, Muni workers are not allowed to, ahem, strike, so the wording to use about lots of workers not showing up for work in order to make a point is "sickout."] The only good news is that BART is honoring Muni passes and transfers.
