I've heard sex sells but can sex save water? The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's new campaign to get people to conserve during the drought is making waves because of its use of sexual innuendo. According to SFGatethe provocative campaign launched Monday and includes print ads, billboards, and a commercial with a very deep voice.

The commercials will also include some classy '70s porn style music and a reminder that Hetch Hetchy water is too good to waste. In a year as dry as this one, I'm glad to see San Francisco pulling out all the sexy stops to keep things wet around here. What?
