If you're like me, one of the first things you do in the morning is rifle through your phone to check your email, the news, and how many Yos you've received. When I got around to scanning my Instragram feed, I went from one eye open and half asleep to wide awake when I saw I had posted some before/after weight loss picture and added a spam link to my bio. My first reaction was "Whoa, did I sleep-Instagram?" and "If that's true then my sleep-Instagram game sucks." When I got to work this morning, I found out that I had been hacked along with some of my coworkers.
So far, Facebook (who owns Instagram) hasn't said anything on the matter, but if you find yourself inexplicably posting ads for diet pills or hot singles in your area, here's a link to notify Instagram you've been hacked.
