The 1st Annual Electronic Sriracha Festival hosted by Moveable Feast will be held at St. James Park in San Jose on August 30. The strange new daytime party will offer 120 sriracha-y dishes to be priced (mostly) at or under $6. And tickets start at $20, making this an excellent festival option for those of us who are a little short on cashola by the end of summer.
The spicy celebration will take over two blocks and include over 40 food trucks, three stages for electronic music acts, and a SJ MADE Street Mart. The recently announced lineup includes 24 DJs comprised mostly of local talent like Aaron Axelson and Dead Funk. If you're a die hard sriracha fan you should consider checking this out – if for no other reason than to see who else would go to a crazy hot sauce dance party like this.
You can buy advance tickets and see the full lineup here. The food trucks will be announced August 5 and the party ends at 8 p.m.
