We've noticed that whenever people visit new cities, they can't help but compare them to their own hometowns. It makes sense and we're guilty of it too – it helps to navigate unfamiliar spaces by making comparisons to things we know and love. Riffing on this idea, we thought it would be fun to make a map comparing places in our fair city to those of another. Since a lot of us have spent a lot of time in New York, we thought we'd focus our project on the similar offerings in New York and SF. And since we love collaborating so much, we thought we'd ask you, to help us fill it out!
