About Eloise

Eloise Porter was born and raised in Los Angeles, but has since spent her time living in Dublin, Ireland, and Portland, Maine. She recently relocated to San Francisco, so you can find her wandering the streets aimlessly. Because no one warned her that owning a smart-phone is a prerequisite for this city, and because she rather likes the challenge, she often finds herself heading in the wrong direction on Bart. She is a self-proclaimed master of happy hour and spends her free time scouring San Francisco for the crispiest calamari and spiciest Bloody Marys.

Although an avid participant in the city’s nightlife, she can also be found reading an Irish novel in Dolores Park, sketching the scenic bay, or baking cupcakes. She does a lot of yoga in her bedroom and writing in cafes, although is often tempted to drop everything to become a farmer.
