For most, the hardest thing to do is to talk about oneself. Unless you're a complete narcissist ass. I have been at La Victoria so long that the bakery is almost me. My life revolves around trying to make this a better place for all. Not just the shop but its surrounding and its true clientele. If I want you to remember one thing about me is that I would like to change the way people think about the neighborhood. I would like people to stop talking big and really contribute to a micro-community of thriving shops. Stop complaining about all the things that are going bad and start affecting change. Hate banks? Join a credit union. Dislike gentrification ? Visit your mom and pops. Go to your cobbler, flower shop, local coffee house, and bistro. Not that easy you say? You know what's easy? Getting into your car, driving five blocks to your neighborhood mall and buying your Starbucks, 1800-flowers, and Olive Garden for the day. Ohhh... You want me to talk about ME? I'm easy going with a love for kids and dogs.
