About Mike
For the last five years Michael Zuckerman has been the Director of Sustainability for the Zen Compound (an entertainment complex including Temple Nightclub, Ki Restaurant and Temple Music Group), and serves as Chairman of the Kyebando Green Movement in Kampala, Uganda. Under his guidance Temple has established industry best practices in resource conservation boasting an 89% diversion from landfill rate and was named Treehugger’s Greenest Nightclub in the World in 2009. Mike’s goal is to implement similar cultural initiatives around the world in both developed and developing countries. He recently returned from a month in Port Au Prince Haiti.
