About Scott

I was born in Bob Dylan country, Minnesota. From there I migrated to Southern California and then to the Bay Area with stops in Berlin, Boston, and Chicago in between. During this time I did a lot of skateboarding, reading, and carousing, which eventually culminated in becoming a master of the arts. I was once a Teamster with a baseball bat during a strike with UPS, but now I run two libraries at UC Berkeley, and according to my beautiful girlfriend, I spend too much money on records, though I do make great mix-tapes. And no, I haven't heard that one about my name before.
