About Amy

Amy Tremper was raised in the high desert town of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She studied art history and photography at the College of Santa Fe and is currently pursuing an MFA in Interactive Design and New Media. This year, Amy launched a lifestyle brand inspired by a family lineage of seamstresses and the rebirth of American manufacturing. Stitch & Hammer hand crafts leather and fabric goods from a combination of new, organic, natural and up cycled materials. When not studying or making things, Amy can be found hiking, rock climbing and cooking a meal for friends.
