Zach Rogue may be a lifelong A’s fan, but his heart continues to be left in San Francisco. After becoming a dot-com casualty, Zach decided to explore the high-growth music world by founding the indie rock band Rogue Wave in late 2002 BBB (Before Blue Bottle). Starting a band allowed him to explore the seedy underbelly and glorious cultural underground hotbed that is San Francisco. Even as the band continued to grow and travel the world, he always knew the Bay Area was the best place to call home. His new project is called Release the Sunbird, a sound which he describes as “slow music for fast times."
