About Amy

Amy writes on the back of her hands, has a soft spot for Miette macaroons and likes the feeling of water in her ears. She’s also a fifth-generation San Franciscan, born and raised in our fair city by the Bay and has Guittard Chocolate running through her veins. Amy left for a brief four-year stint in Manhattan, promptly returning after dealing with a few “real winters.”

Growing up, Amy wanted to be either a bus driver or a cheerleader; now, she’s working with energy bars and dabbling in chocolate. Aside from being able to play a mean rendition of “Hot-Cross Buns” on the recorder (thank you, Miss Klion), Amy’s got a hankering for wave-riding, photo-snapping and globe-spinning.
