About Damian
Born and raised in metro-Detroit, Damian was obsessed with Coney Island hot dogs from a very young age. Haunted by this, he was thrust into a troubled adolescence where he turned to skateboarding and downer-art to express himself. Later, after three years of questionable study at Michigan State University and three years of art school, he graduated from The College for Creative Studies with a degree in graphic design. Fagan fled to San Francisco in 1998. After several stints at local ad agencies, he started his own food and beverage design/marketing agency in 2005. A craft beer enthusiast and home brewer since the early nineties, Damian went on to co-found Almanac Beer Company in 2010 where he currently acts as CEO and design director. He currently weighs 180 lbs.
