Jesse Jacobs founded Samovar Tea Lounge as the antidote to our fast-paced, constantly connected, digitally-centric lives. Through the ritual drinking of tea, and intentionally slowing down, we can connect with the actual moment, then ourselves, and then with those around us, leading to live more actualized and inspired lives. Drawing on his experience with yoga, martial arts, travel, and of course tea, Jesse's mission is to use his company as a vehicle for creating positive human connection (through tea). With features in the New York Times, CNN, Forbes, and the Wall St. Journal, Forbes, and Inc, the positive impact of Samovar has been noticed, and appreciated. And as this modern "tea movement" catches on, people everywhere are appreciating the benefits to slowing down, connecting more, and sipping tea.
