About Mary

I have been on a westward migration - I was born in upstate New York, raised in a suburb of Cleveland, schooled in Colorado, and found a home in San Francisco 12 years ago! I married an amazing native. If you would have told me when I was a teenager in Ohio following the Grateful Dead that I’d marry someone who grew up on Ashbury Street, I would have just died (and he is so not a hippie). We are expecting our first baby in October – a girl!

I’ve been working at AECOM (formerly EDAW) as an Urban Planner for the past eight years, working on a variety of projects at home and abroad. My current project involves planning for the 34th America’s Cup here in San Francisco.
