About Susan
I moved to Bay area over 20 years ago, but I think my life took a turn when I actually moved to San Francisco 6 years ago. Because I’m a social butterfly at heart, having relocated to the city allowed me to meet so many awesome people. San Francisco offers endless things to do, so there’s always a reason for me to be out and about now.
I was born in a very artistic and entrepreneurial family. My grandfather owned an import/export business of cotton and oil, and I learned a lot just by being around him. My mom is very business savvy and she raised us 3 girls with strong business values and principals. Both my sisters have their own businesses in San Francisco and Marin County. I feel so lucky to be able to watch and learn from their experiences and have the opportunity to open my own little boutique which I dreamed of for past 10 years.
The day I opened my boutique, my sister walked in with a beautiful art piece for me which said “Follow Your Dreams”. It meant so much to me so I hung the art piece in the main wall of the shop. My little boutique was my long-time dream and it finally came true. I love fashion and art, and Cranberry boutique is all about a place to have fun and find unique and artistic pieces. At the end of the day, what I really love is all the creativity and inspiration I get from my little store—money can’t buy that.
