Raised on a horse farm in the Midwest, educated in the Rockies, licensed as a Coast Guard captain in New England and having just returned from her latest escapade - an ocean voyage from Cape Town to Barbados - Susan Hoff is a product of many places and adventures. But if there is one place that offers enough to keep Susan put its San Francisco. Living in the Mission and working as a designer and maker of bags, Susan draws on her farm girl and sailor roots, crafting bags from reclaimed sails and horse reins. While not in the sunny studio loft that she built, Susan can be found roaming the streets of the Mission, frolicking at the beach or sailing on the bay.
