Tali Sedgwick is a Nutrition Educator (NE) and a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a passion to help people optimize their health with holistic food and lifestyle choices. Ms. Sedgwick embarked on a new career in 2006, studying public health and nutrition after 10 successful years in the fashion industry, honing her skills of event production, leadership and communication. She received her Nutrition Educator (NE) Certification through Bauman College in 2009 and completed her Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure program at San Francisco State University in 2010. This powerful combination of holistic thinking backed by evidence based Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) makes Tali Sedgwick a dynamic and unusual practitioner who excels at group work as well as one-on-one counseling both in and out of the hospital. She has gained clinical and community experience working at the SF VA, Kaiser Permanente, American Heart Association to name a few. Currently she works with clients at her Downtown San Francisco as well as via Skype and consults for corporations interested in Wellness programs. Tali can also be found giving nutrition lectures and hands-on cooking and learning workshops around San Francisco and Berkeley.
Ms. Sedgwick is a member of American Dietetics Association as well as the Nutrition in Complimentary Care subgroup and on the board of the Bay Area Dietetics Association. She continues to educate herself on up to date nutrition research and especially enjoys attending “foodie” events in the Bay Area where she lives and works.
