About Tom
Born in Brooklyn NY a long time ago. Grew up in NJ. Started visiting SF when he was 7 years old. Finally moved here in 1998 after a pretty long and formative stint in Philadelphia. Has played guitar and pedal steel guitar with a bunch of folks in SF including The Court and Spark, John Vanderslice, Paula Frazer, Girls, Tim Cohen's Magic Trick, Chuck Prophet, and honorary SF resident Alejandro Escovedo. His songs have appeared on a number of TV shows including Damages, Justified, and True Blood. He is married to the painter and City College art instructor Deirdre White, and gets along well with his four sisters, and one brother, and loves his parents.
