We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world. By redirecting our thoughts, everything around us changes.
On that note, I'm all about fun and adventure and I want to take you with me! After long, cold years of growing up in Buffalo, NY, 1999 brought about travels west in pursuit of following dreams. I'm a traveler, adventure seeker, sun lover, and resident of San Francisco for the last five years. I started studying bodywork and herbal medicine in Thailand in 2001 and continued my studies in San Diego. In the heat of following my heart, I found myself in San Francisco. Shortly after, I started pouring myself into Urban Oasis, my bodywork and life coach private practice located in the Mission. My other passion is photography, focusing on the human body, specifically prenatal women.
Nothing has changed my life more than music, which may have been the original draw to my longtime boyfriend, creator of incredible beats, David Sugalski (The Polish Ambassador).
