About Valerie
Born and raised in the 'burbs of Silicon Valley, Ms. Valerie Ngoc Tram Luu majored in sociology and "chilling" at UC Santa Cruz. After moving to San Francisco one fateful summer, she fell in love with a chef, and by extension, food. Nowadays, you can find her hustlin' Vietnamese fare, sitting on little red stools, and eating Pal's Take Away sandwiches on prep days.
