About Melisssa

Melissa has lived in and around the Bay Area for almost all of her short life. After spending her teenage years living next to goats and horses, she moved to San Francisco, where her collection of totally ridiculous shoes has flourished. She went to school for fashion design, but fell in love with creative writing. She now divides her time between designing lingerie and and writing in a cluttered studio in the mission. She collects comic books, circle skirts, knitting needles, cupcake recipes, dirty books, hobbies, and things that smell like jasmine. Until her vegetable garden is finished, her favorite place to be is on the back of her motorcycle, cruising down Twin Peaks.
