Of Hearty Stock Valentine's Day Card Making Party

The Bold Italic is teaming up with Of Hearty Stock and Anthem Screen Printing for a Valentine's Day Card Making Party.

Of Hearty Stock, a new San Francisco greeting card company co-founded by Bold Local Sarah Verena Kleinman and illustrator Eli Myers, specializes in high quality handmade cards that pair iconic imagery with modern, witty phrasing. In the spirit of keeping things local, they hand print their cards within the city, at Anthem in the Mission.

At our pre-Valentine's Day event, you'll be able to get down and dirty at Anthem's screenprinting station and create cards for friends, family, and lovers using the special designs by Of Hearty Stock. Each guest can make three cards from six design templates, for a total of 18 cards per person.

$20 admission includes all materials, a mini-tutorial on screen printing, and free wine and Bitter Reyka cocktails (made with Reyka Vodka and Angostura Bitters). The fine people of Anthem and Of Hearty Stock will be on hand to give mini tutorials and help you with printing.
