Magic Cooking Klasses are short and sweet, down and dirty and still offer you a few unique dishes to impress when necessary.

Each class will be taught by Brian Kimball, Founder of the Magic Curry Kart and a special guest.

After a demonstration of the nights dishes attendees will be split into 4-5 teams to prepare the dishes.  At the end a guest judge will be in the klass to determine the winner of the night. 

Along with gaining a few new tricks in the kitchen to add a little spice to your gathering.  Each klass there will be a short discussion that will cover some of the specific skills necessary to run a small food business.
