Inspired by their month long trip to Vietnam, Rice Paper Scissors is bustin’ out Beef Pho for their Sunday Brunch on March 18th, 11-4pm. And just as they do in Vietnam, they’ll be popping up in a garage location at 14th and Folsom (exact location released the day before). They'll be there rain or shine, with tents and little red stools ready to go.

The Beef Pho was inspired by a streetside pho stand in Hanoi that served a no-frills soup. It’ll be perfect for the cold weather (or perhaps a St. Patty’s Day hangover.)
