Nick Flatt’s monochromatic oil paintings have provocative titles such as Nip Slip, Blow Me,
and Pussy Fingers. These massive portraits portray depict women similar to models used in commercials to trigger and misdirect our appetite for consumption, but Flatt exaggerates these women sexually to push the viewer to the point of discomfort. Point proven: sex sells.
