Imagine this: you walk into a previously barren parking lot, and are bombarded with delectable offerings - all from SF-based food trucks! The culinary rendezvous is worth checking out for the sheer variety alone, not to mention you'll undoubtedly find something tasty. Finally, a conglomeration of food trucks in our own back yard! SoMa StrEat Food Park is hosting a preview nom sesh that includes a free item from the likes of Mr. Nice, Sunrise Deli, La Pastrami, Adam's Grub Truck, Slider Shack & Garden Creamery, as well as a peek into SF's first fashion truck, the Topshelf Boutique and live music by local musicians.
SoMa StrEat Food Park promises to house a rotating roster of up to 10 food trucks at a time and be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Rehabilitated from an old parking lot on 11th St. and Division, the park will include a covered seating pavilion for 100 people, free WiFi, a projection screen for movie nights and sporting events, and will eventually have a beer garden. Say no more, we're already on our way.
