All right, SFers. How many times have you biked past that gorgeous white domed building in Golden Gate Park without taking a moment to step inside and smell the exotic petals? We’re unlocking the doors at the oldest existing conservatory, the Conservatory of Flowers, for an intimate after hours photo safari that’ll fill your eyes, ears, and nose with lots of nature … and naturally crafted beer.
We believe in encouraging locals to experience our awesome city with great gusto, and our fourth Urban Photo Safari at the Conservatory of Flowers engages all five senses. On Sunday, Oct. 28, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour – minus the tourists – of all the tropical beauty housed here. To help you capture this colorful experience, our friends at Photobooth will provide safarists with a Polaroid 600 camera (that you get to keep), a pack of film, and their expert shooting advice. And if you get thirsty among the misty cloud forests and lush jungles, Almanac Beer will be serving up tastes of their new California Table Beers – The Honey Saison, brewed with local ginger and Marshall’s Farm Honey, and their Extra Pale Ale, brewed with Blossom Bluff mandarins. These delicious brews are farm-to-table beers, perfectly in line with the Conservatory’s flora and fauna vibe.
Come see, taste, smell, and shoot some real San Francisco treasures on our latest Urban Photo Safari.
Note: All guest must be 21+. Tickets are non-refundable.
