Neighborhood: Nob Hill

Gig: Personal Stylist and Curator of Fancy Fine Vintage

What are you up to these days? I sell vintage clothing and document my own crazy, constantly-growing collection on Fancy Fine. I'm a personal stylist. I work for local fashion designer Dema. I throw pop-up shopping parties with the Golden Collective. I sing a lot of karaoke.

What event will we find you at next week? I will be having a lingerie party with my favorite girls, which is just as silly and amazing as it sounds. It involves a lot of champagne drinking, dirty stories, and saucy photos that probably won't be shared.

Where's your go-to date place? I love a round of photo booth fun with my boyfriend at Pika Pika in Japantown. It's pure silliness.

Why do you love your neighborhood? I love being smack in the center of things. I can walk ten minutes in any direction and be in a completely different neighborhood, that never gets old. There are plenty of adventures to be had around here. And I'm also just a few minutes away from my favorite karaoke haunt, Encore Karaoke. I've been a regular there for eight years now, it's my version of Cheers.

Where's your secret spot? Why, I couldn't possibly tell you that! But I will give you a hint: it involves a roof and neon lights.

What's your favorite SF institution? I love the Ferry Building for a lazy afternoon of nibbling and drinking, but I'm also fond of San Francisco's old hotels like the Fairmont Hotel, the Mark Hopkins, and the St. Francis. I've spent many a perfect evening running around those buildings and pretending I am the grown-up Eloise.

What do you get obsessive about here in SF? Burgers. There always seems to be a new restaurant offering "the best burger in the city," so of course I have to try them all. My favorite burger is still tied between Nopa and Spruce, but Super Duper's Four Cheese Burger is becoming a serious contender.

What would you change about SF? I would make it safer to be a pedestrian. I walk everywhere and I can't tell you how many times I've almost been hit by a driver or bicyclist that wasn't paying attention to traffic signals.
