What are you up to these days? I opened a new food truck - which is now a new, new food truck - in late July. Becoming one with my business partner and truck; merging into one unit.

SF is... delicious.

Where would you have your last meal on earth? Nopa. A spread of starters, desserts, rosé and four Lowland Drams.

Where do you get your local gossip? The bathroom graffiti at Toronado.

What do you get obsessive about here in SF? The alternative restaurant scene--truck owners, pop-up hustlers, renegade late night carts, The Tamale Lady, etc.

What would you change about SF? More salads.
