Neighborhood: Financial District

Gig: Director of INFORUM at The Commonwealth Club

Where do you get your city gossip? Bathroom graffiti, @MuniDiaries on Twitter, and SFist.

Who's your favorite quintessential local character? Donna Sachet – drag queen extraordinaire.

Where's your go-to date place? Wherever I can find a live event that night – forageSF's Underground Farmer's Market, Super Secret Sushi Sundays at an underground restaurant in the Castro hills, Mortified at the Make-Out Room, Sketchfest at 111 Minna, or Trivia Night at Edinburgh Castle.

Why do you love your neighborhood? For the kimchi burritos from John's Snack and Deli, plus the surprising number of public open spaces for the corporate core.

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park for an afternoon of paddle boats, ducks, and turtles.

Where would you have your last meal on earth? Either Delfina Restaurant for the tagliatelle (with panna cotta for dessert and paired wines) OR Little Chihuahua's tostada salad with a watermelon agua fresca.

What would you change about San Francisco? The public transportation. At the very least, BART would run 24-hours.
