What are you up to these days? Lots of public service and philanthropy, in support of tech for the common good.

Why do you love your neighborhood? It's a really honest, down to earth place, and adjacent to Sutro Forest where I can watch the birds frolicking. (Seriously, I have the photos to prove it.)

Where would you have your last meal on earth? I'd have one of the specials at the Reverie Cafe.

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? What is "relax"? Is it related to "time off" or "vacation"?

What's your favorite San Francisco institution? Caffe Trieste – it's still part of the Beat Generation.

What would you change about San Francisco? I'd like to bring rental rates back down, to attract folks back who made the city much more vital in the past – like artists who can't afford to live here anymore.
