What are you up to these days? Launching new things: new glass website, a new sculpture series, and continuing to experiment with new designs.
What event will we find you at in the fall? SOFA Chicago show (Sculptural Objects and Functional Art) which is the most amazing show of sculpture in all its forms (glass, metal, wood, ceramic, etc.).
SF is... funky, thoughtful, sophisticated, beautiful, and also very livable. It's also the perfect hiking, biking, and glassblowing weather most of the time.
Where would you have your last meal on earth? Mixed Greek spreads; a fat, rare lamb chop; and a big cab at Kokkari with my wife.
Where do you get your local gossip? It's only interesting if it involves friends, so, Facebook.
Where's your go-to date place? I go in phases with favorite places. Lately Sushi Bistro on Balboa is a go-to place when my wife and I want to have great fish locally.
Why do you love your neighborhood? Lake is great because it's far enough from the busyness of the city and close enough to nature and neighborhoods we like to go to.
What local merchant have you been meaning to check out? Social Kitchen & Brewery. I love the gastro pub-style restaurant from the UK I've been meaning to check out this place since they brew their own beer as well.
What would you change about SF? I wish there was a magic wand to halve the home prices.
