What's your favorite San Francisco institution?  The Sentinel sandwich shop is pretty high up there, but Delfina pizzas could be dinner every night (or pasta at Quince).

If you can change one thing about San Francisco, what would it be?  Convert the gratuitous obstructionists to curiosity and a love of innovation (and maybe remedy some of our analysis paralysis).
