Neighborhood: Presidio

Gig: Co-owner, Easy Creole

SF is... the most unique city in the world. Nowhere else is like it.

What event will we find you at this week? I'll be at the Easy Creole pop-up at The Residence Wednesday, June 8th, slinging yummy chow and having great cocktails with the locals.

If you could change one thing about San Francisco, what would it be? I grew up in Southern California, so SF owes me some more sun to justify my betrayal of my home section of the state.

What local merchant have you been meaning to check out? I love to bike and a messenger told me that Chrome has great clipless peddle shoes that aren't insanely geeky. I've been so busy starting Easy Creole I haven't been there even though I work in the Mission every day.

Why do you love your neighborhood? The Presidio is the perfect mix of city, outdoors, sport, relaxation, people, and solitude.  The only place with better views is Twin Peaks.

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? My back yard, where I can lay in a hammock and glance at the Golden Gate Bridge in between chapters of a good book.
