Neighborhood: SOMA

Where do you get your city gossip? The bathroom walls at Sparky's.

Where would you have your last meal on earth (and what would you eat)? A burrito from Gordo's on 9th Avenue and then into Golden Gate Park with it.

Who's your favorite quintessential local character?  The artist, David Tomb.  This guy is the best all around artist activist I’ve ever met and he is quintessential SF, along with his well-known artist designer brother Bruce Tomb.  The Tombs live in a converted police station where he makes large scale bird portraits and works with the wildlife organization, Jeepney Projects.  Dude totally puts his money where his mouth is because he travels all over the world documenting endangered birds and regularly contributes big hunks of his time and money to preserving the birds.

What's your go-to date place? Fort Funston. That’s where I can get my dog on!

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? I cut work and go to The Legion of Honor on a weekday.

What's the question you wish we asked? Do you feel guilty?
