SF is...  a bubble world where you can forget how much so many other places suck.

What event will we find you at this week? The book release party and exhibition of original drawings, celebrating my new All Over Coffee book, "Everything is its own reward" at Electric Works on Friday, April 29.

What's your most embarrassing SF moment? When I first moved here and ridiculously bleached my hair, I went to a halloween party, saw a guy with a blonde wig, asked him what he was dressed as, and he said, "An asshole."

Where do you get your city gossip? Eavesdropping.

What's your favorite San Francisco institution? The Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park.

What's the question you wish we asked? Why stay in San Francisco? Because it's just close enough to what I think the world should be like that other places let me down.
