Where would you have your last meal on earth? Saigon Sandwich: roasted pork bánh mì and a corn tapioca. $5 total. Cheap, delicious eats.
Where do you get your local gossip? My Life Is True. More real than gossip. Important audio about important moments.
Who's your favorite quintessential local character? Dominic at Public Storage. I have seen this man contend with moody movers and creatively defend poorly thought-out PS policy. Tied with Patty at Bank of America on Mission and 29th. She not only helped me set-up my bank account, she looked into apartments for me!
Where's your go-to date place? Catch Oscar Myers at Madrone Art Bar – no one can deny the power of funk.
Where's your secret spot? La Victoria Bakery dance parties or the Larry Jamison photography van, if you can find it.
What's your favorite SF institution? Bring back KUSF! Save 90.3FM! This is an amazing community resource that I miss dearly.
What do you get obsessive about here in SF? Apartment hunting. I have it down to a science. The trick is to include a photo of yourself as a kid with your application.
