What's your most embarrassing SF moment? Getting pulled over in the Castro while touring my visiting friends around on the day I forgot my entire wallet. I got away with a warning.

Where would you have your last meal on earth (and what would you eat)? Definitely at Off the Grid. I would eat one thing from every truck, ending at the Creme Brulee Cart.

Who's your favorite quintessential local character? The glitter vested accordion man in the Civic Center Station.

Why do you love your neighborhood? Because I can walk to a Eucalyptus forest, a gastropub, eat gingerbread pancakes, and go see a Diego Rivera if I want to, all within 15 minutes. 

Where do you get your city gossip? I recently discovered the BART police scanner streaming online. Amazing. 

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? My kitchen, with a cookbook of dog eared pages and a bundle of love from the farmers market.
