B3 is a new Mission outpost for the triumvirate of “bottles, burgers, and bites,” created by tastemaking wine aficionados Johnny Gato and Ron Elder. The restaurant offers unique, “rogue” labels you won’t find elsewhere – small-batch wines Gato became familiar with while working at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon up in Napa Valley. It was there that he met chef Kevin Ahajanian, also part of the B3 team, who will provide a rich selection of burgers, sausages, salads, and desserts.
