Once the motorcyclists' hangout of choice in San Francisco, Lucky 13 is unlike any other tavern in the Castro (mostly because it is a tavern, doesn't serve brunch, has no televisions and the clientele is decidedly more graffiti than Gucci). Folks in ties slugging Miller Light are seen sitting next to tattoo artists sipping artisan Belgian brew. And they have foosball!!
