Michael Stabile
About Michael
Mike is a documentary filmmaker and journalist who has called San Francisco home since 1996, though he's been in exile since 2009.
He spent his time here running magazines (the ill-fated Metropolitan), tricking tourists (Time Out San Francisco), making porn (Wet Palms) and telling stories (you name it).
Currently, he's directing "Smut Capital of America" about the birth of the 'porno' industry in San Francisco in the late 60s.
