Olivier began practicing the art of butchering at a young age working side-by-side his father in Burgundy, France. His dream of opening a neighborhood boucherie like the one he grew up in was realized when he and his wife opened Olivier's Butchery.
Olivier’s is based on the idea that you don’t need to dine in a high-end restaurant to enjoy good meat. Olivier takes great pride in working one-on-one with ranchers to bring the best quality meat from the farm to your table. Each carcass is handpicked, aged, and hand cut by Olivier himself.
