About Dan

Growing up in Southern California, Dan yearned to explore and share his experiences. Realizing there was an entire world outside of the town he grew up, he made the move to San Francisco over a year ago. His passion for exploration landed him his current job at San Francisco Travel where he manages the social media channels for San Francisco. On any given day, you will find him riding his road bike around town (it really is the only way one should do it), discovering new places and spaces, letting everyone know what's going on in the city or updating his Spotify playlist.

Prior to his move to San Francisco, he was the social media manager for some famous rappers and some big time movies.. so he's been working on Facebook his entire adult life. When he's not on Facebook or exploring San Francisco, he's trying to travel the world. For his last trip, he went to Vietnam where he ate a beating snake heart and shot AK-47s which is totally badass.

If you see him on the street, feel free to go up to him and say hi. He loves meeting new people and promises it's not as awkward as you think.
