San Francisco food truck Bacon Bacon recently contacted TBI requesting that we check out their Bacon Bacon mobile to help kick-start their Kickstarter campaign for another truck (bacon fleet anyone?), and, well... they had me at bacon. I headed over to Civic Center with a belly full of anticipation.

Bring on the bacon! So I started with the Triple B Taco. This meat masterpiece features tender pork butt, pork belly, bacon, momma lil's peppers, and is topped with goat cheese. Chased with draft root beer, whaaaat?

Pro Tip: Give the doe eyes when requesting extra peppers (if ya dig 'em like I do)!

Let there be gristle! May the egg yolk runneth over! After licking all of my fingers for bacon remnants, I then chomped into the next slab o' swine: the Belly. This sandwich boasts a thick, fatty chunk of pork belly, an organic fried egg, arugula, and caper aioli.

Pro Request: If only there was a magical egg yolk tray to catch all escaping yolk so that I would not forced to lick the bottom of the compostable food container. Shhhhhh!
