The annual, international celebration of James Joyce's Ulysses has a San Francisco home at the Mechanic's Institute. The event includes readings from Ulysses and Dubliners by actors Robert Ayres, Bruce Bierman, Renee Gibbons, Oonagh Kavanagh, Laura Sheppard, and Maurice Wren, and performances of traditional Irish music. (Members $10, general public $12).
