After the success of our Winter and Spring Formal collaborations with Dusty Stax, we are proud to announce a Summer Formal, with some extra special additions alongside the faces you already know and love. The lineup includes Carletta Sue Kay, Bay Area soul crooner Freddie Hughes (singing some of his chart-topping hits from the '60s), Quinn DeVeaux, Tahlia Harbour of Sonny and the Sunsets, true blue San Francisco singer Paula Frazer with the Golden Girls (Em Gift and Meryl Press), Justin Frahm, and Bob Reed of the Titan Ups. Bookending the band's soulful sounds, your ears and dancing shoes will be treated to the best soul DJs anywhere – Dick and Sama of the legendary Lower Haight record shop Rooky Ricardo's. Once again, your admission ticket comes with a delicious complimentary cocktail from our friends at Templeton Rye Whiskey. 

If you have a snack attack while you're groovin' and movin,' we'll have cookies on hand from San Francisco's newest sweet sensation, BATCH baking! and soul food bites from Old Skool Cafe. And our ace photographer, Gabriel Wheeler, will be back to capture everyone in their gorgeous glory in his famous photobooth.

Not keen on walking all the way to the party in your dancing shoes? Ride in style. Lyft is hooking up every Summer Soul guest with a $5 credit for a private pick-up or ride home from one of their friendly drivers. (Details will be provided the week of the party to ticket holders.)

Dress Code: No denim will be permitted. For fellas: ties and collars are a must and leave those sneakers at home. Ladies: you know what to do...
